Marvellous and unbeatable location, so close to restaurants and shops and night life.

It was perfect and excellent right by the train station. Facilities included a microwave oven, a sofa bed, and central heating, enjoyed that. Had a bathtub.

Everything was exactly right. It exceeded all expectations.

The place is adjacent to Birkdale railway station, and pub downstairs. The staff are amicable. It has a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.

The Friday and Saturday nights were lively with a great atmosphere, including live music in the bar. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the food in the bar was excellent. Plus, being able to bring our dog along made our stay even more enjoyable.
